I don’t think I’ve ever before been so happy for a Monday to come! I can’t wait to get Taylor Swift’s new album entitled Red that comes out this upcoming Monday.
After all I already can’t resist cranking up the volume and singing along to the album’s first single whenever I hear it. And I’m sure you can’t either! We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together is everything a first released single should be. It’s seriously catchy and easy to sing along with. The video for the song has already been released and as usual Taylor looks great in every outfit she wears – I would really love to borrow anything from her closet. However I’m not sure what the deal is with the woodland creatures. Anyone care to explain this to me?
Curious to know why Taylor decided to name her album Red? Back in August she told her fans when she announced that she would soon be releasing a new album via a live web chat. She started by discussing why Red was an appropriate title.
“All the different emotions that are written about on this album are all pretty much about the kind of tumultuous, crazy, insane, intense, semi-toxic relationships that I’ve experienced in the last two years. All those emotions — spanning from intense love, intense frustration, jealousy, confusion, all of that — in my mind, all those emotions are red. You know, there’s nothing in between. There’s nothing beige about any of those feelings.”
