Afternoon Pick Me Up: Presidential Debate

The coming Presidential election is important for everybody – from teenagers to grandparents, full time workers to the unemployed. There’s no need to overstate its importance. Especially since it was quite obvious with the social media world blowing up last night during the Denver Presidential Debate between President Barack Obama and Republican nominee Mitt Romney. The number of the amount of people that engaged in conversation for last night’s #presidentialdebate2012 reached those of the most recent Grammys and last years NFL Superbowl.

I’m sure by now you’ve been boggled with highlights, opinions, insert bash about Mitt Romney here, insert bash about President Obama here, and everything else in between. I’m not one to talk (preach) politics outside of my beliefs, so don’t even think that this is going to be about last night’s debate. As important as last night’s debate was, I felt that it wouldn’t fit as an Afternoon Pick Me Up.

So with that said, SIIIIIIIIIIIINNNNNNG OOOOOOOFFFFF! President Barack Obama’s Al Green cover of “Let’s Stay Together” vs. Mitt Romney’s “America the Beautiful.”

If you’re 18+, get your facts set, study the research, and make your voice be heard. Every vote counts, no matter what others say, you matter. Remember, November 6 is the general election day!

Beautiful readers you decide on who sang better!
